　《刑事法治发展研究报告（2013—2014年卷）》秉承历卷《刑事法治发展研究报告》的研究宗旨，继续以我国刑事法治建设的重大理论与实践问题为视角，精选了北京师范大学刑事法律科学研究院2013—2014年度向国家法治领导机关提交的研究咨询报告及其他对刑事法治建设具有参考价值的研究成果，共设“刑事法治改革”“死刑改革”“个罪完善”“反腐败”“刑事诉讼法”和“刑事执行法”六个专题，收录论文近30篇。
