作者简介 杨富斌，北京第二外国语学院法政学院院长、教授，中国人民大学博士，二外法学学科带头人和学术委员会委员，全国高校首届法律英语大赛组委会主任，主讲法理学、美国法律概况等课程，主研法理学、旅游法学等领域。主要著作有《信息化认识系统导论》、《现代西方哲学方法论》、《旅行社监管法律制度研究》等。主要翻译著作有《过程与实在》、《社会科学方法论》、《社会科学基础》和《社会科学哲学》等。 鲁勤，北京第二外国语学院英语语言文学专业硕士研究生毕业，曾担任专业翻译多年，有外企工作经历，现任北京联合大学专职英语教师，主要讲授英语口语、听力、写作、阅读等。主要翻译作品有《剑桥美国文学史》、《职业导游》、《国际饭店管理》等，编写并出版《高级口译教程》等。
