图书内容简介

本书收录了国际环境法领域的有关条约、公约或文件（中英文版）共21篇，内容涉及国际环境法的一般规定、气候变化、生物多样性、水资源、荒漠化、危险物质的管理等多个方面。从文件的内容和法律效力上归类，可分为三个部分：一是目前国际环境法领域最主要的公约，这部分公约均已生效，并在处理国际环境法律关系中发挥着重要作用。如《联合国气候变化框架公约》、《联合国生物多样性公约》等；二是国际环境法领域里程碑式的代表性文件，如《人类环境宣言》、《里约环境与发展宣言》等，这部分文件尽管不具有法律约束力，但对国际法的形成和发展产生了重要影响，具有软法的性质；三是国际环境法领域新出台的一些文件，如《关于预防原则的条文草案》、《危险活动引起跨界损害的损失分配条款（草案）》、《国际水道非航行使用法公约》等，这部分文件尽管暂未通过或生效，但其代表了未来国际环境法的主要内容或发展方向。
