全国人民代表大会常务委员会关于批准长江南京港对外国籍船舶开放的决定(附英文)

（一九八六年一月二十日第六届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第十四次会议通过）

第六届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第十四次会议，审议了国务院、中央军委提出的关于提请批准南京港对外国籍船舶开放的议案，决定批准将长江南京港对外国籍船舶开放。今后南京港至长江口沿岸再有其他港口需对外国籍船舶开放时，授权国务院审批。

DECISION OF THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL PEOPLE'S
CONGRESS ON APPROVING THE OPENING OF NANJING PORT ON THE YANGTZE RIVER TO
FOREIGN VESSELS
(Adopted at the 14th Meeting of the Standing Committee of the
Sixth National People's Congress on January 20, 1986)
After considering the proposal put forward by the Central Military
Commission for approval of the opening of Nanjing Port to foreign vessels,
the 14th Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Sixth National People's
Congress has decided to approve the opening of Nanjing Port on the Yangtze
River to foreign vessels. The State Council is authorized to grant
approval in the future when there is a need to open other ports along the
Yangtze River between Nanjing Port and the mouth of the river to foreign
vessels.
