中国加入世界贸易组织法律文件（中英文对照）定于2002年1月初由法律出版社出版，中国法律图书公司总发行。
该书同对外贸经合作部世界贸易组织司译，是由政府指定的权威出版物。中国入世法律文件的中文翻译工作都是由外经贸部长期参加中国入世谈判的人员进行的，一些关键词的译法，都是经过反复推敲和修订的。
该书定价为280元，16开，1700页，40克字典纸精装。
该书收录了中国加入WTO法律文件——《中国加入议定书》及其附件和《中国加入工作组报告书》的英文原文和
中文译文。
中国加入WTO法律文件的主体是《马拉喀什建立世界贸易组织协定》（《WTO协定》），已收录在法律出版社出
版的《乌拉圭回合多边贸易谈判结果：法律文本》（中英文对照）中。
《中国加入议定书》及其附件和《中国加入工作组报告》是中国与WTO成员在加入WTO谈判过程中达成的协议，
对中国和WTO成员均有约束力，现已成为《马拉喀什建立世界贸易组织协定》的组成部分。
中国加入WTO法律文件的英文本为正式文本，中文译文仅供参考。
